Description
When bolted onto the Continuum Rig System, the Medicine Ball Target (3903-BT) from Legend Fitness allows athletes, crossfitters, and gym goers to work on medicine ball target tosses without scuffing or damaging walls. Made of half-inch thick, marine-grade, anti-skid high density polymer and is mounted to a 3/8″ thick laser cut four hole pattern flat bar. All of this means that the target surface will withstand the toughest hits over and over again.
Designed to meet crossfit competition requirements, the bottom score line on the target is nine feet, and top one is ten feet. With an overall surface that measures 23.5″ tall by 13″ wide, there is plenty of surface area to work with.
The attachment point is made of three-by-two inch, 11 gauge steel and is fully welded. This part of the Medicine Ball Target can be colored with any of our over 80 powder coat colors.
