Returns Cancellations

We want you to feel like every item is the perfect match for your home. If it’s not the right fit, we’ll help you get it sorted and have you on your way.

You can return most items for a refund or store credit within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping costs apply, and the item must be in its original condition and packaging to be accepted.

There are a few items that can’t be returned:

  • Clearance items
  • Personalized items
  • Items you have already assembled
  • Items marked “Non-Returnable” on the sale page
  • Open Box Items

Any outbound shipping charges collected on the order will not be refunded. This includes:

  • Shipping charge for orders under $35
  • Upgraded shipping charges (expedited, express, room of choice, etc.)
  • Assembly services included with delivery
  • Freight Delivery Charges

However, if your item is damaged or defective these exceptions do not apply. In this case, we’ll take care of it and work with you to find the best solution.

You can choose to receive store credit for your return, or have the original payment method refunded. Any associated return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

Cancellations

Please note due to an increased number of cancellations during the Covid Pandemic we have changed our cancellations policy. Any and all products clearly marked with an estimated delivery date and or back-order mark are only eligible for Store Credit. Any and all items clearly marked with shipping delays are only eligible for Store Credit. In addition any and all orders CAN be refunded back to the original payment method as long as the request for an order to be cancelled is placed with 72 hours of the original order date. Please note that any and all cancellations are subject to a minimum 2.9% fee. This fee is directly associated with Credit Card processing fees. Our credit Card processor charges Go Man Caves a 2.9& processing fee which does not get returned with a refund. This is a fee we do not refund.

Additionally many manufacturers we work with have a “Stop Production” fee and or a “Restocking Fee” for any and all cancellations. These fees are passed onto the customer. Any and all “Stop Production” fees and or “Restocking Fee” will additionally be deducted from the cancellation as well.
